Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Liability Boundary

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the common carrier.

  • Damage Claims: The store is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. Damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

  • Exception: The store accepts liability only if the damage is proven to be a direct result of improper or inadequate packaging by our fulfillment team.

2. Bulk Item Shipping Schedule

Applies to: Bicycles, E-Bikes, Wheelsets, Custom Builds, Framesets, and oversized cargo.

3. Light Item Shipping Options

For non-bulky items, accessories, and components, fulfillment is processed through standard courier networks. Rates are calculated at checkout based on dimensional weight.
